Destiny USA: The Movie

Destiny USA is a super mall in Syracuse, NY developed by Bob Congel. Bob got an unheard of 30 year tax break on the project that saved him hundreds of millions and my friend and I decided to figure out why and was it worth it for the city?  It was an ambitious undertaking: We went after American consumerism, the incompetency of government when dealing with developers, and a few other topics specific to Syracuse and spun it into an intriguing narrative that weaves in and out of an investigative documentary. I composed the music, wrote the story, directed it, produced it, set up and lit the shots, starred in it, and edited it.
